    Replaced direct injection pump, injectors, fuel line and rails. And now the truck will
    Crank but won't start. Can anyone help me out

    What engine? Diesel or Gas ? Got any Passive antitheft system codes? What's the engine fault codes? Did you check the low side fuel supply pressure? Take a fuel  sample ?

     did you program the new injectors to the PCM?

    Make sure all the air is out of the fuel system. Turn the key to run about five or six
    times to purge all the air out.
